In April 2026, the UPCYCLE project was showcased at CIRCLEPACK 2026, an international event dedicated to the packaging industry and its value chain, held in Santiago de Chile.
As part of its participation in the event, AIMPLAS presented the project at its exhibition stand, providing visibility to UPCYCLE’s objectives, ongoing work, and contribution to more sustainable and circular industrial practices.
CIRCLEPACK brings together companies, technology providers, researchers, and other actors across the packaging sector to exchange knowledge, present innovative solutions, and discuss challenges related to sustainability, resource efficiency, circularity, and industrial innovation.
The event offered an excellent setting to increase awareness of the project among professionals from the packaging, plastics, manufacturing, and circular economy sectors. It also enabled valuable exchanges with industry representatives interested in sustainable materials, circular business models, and emerging technologies.
Participation in events such as CIRCLEPACK forms part of UPCYCLE’s wider dissemination efforts to engage with relevant stakeholders, promote project results, and foster dialogue around innovative approaches for the transition towards a more circular economy.
