The UPCYCLE project held its first Executive Board Meeting on 13 January 2026, bringing together the project coordination team and work package leaders to review initial progress and discuss the next steps of project implementation.
The meeting opened with an overview of key project management aspects, followed by updates from work package leaders on activities carried out during the first months of the project. Discussions focused on alignment across activities, protocols, and materials, as well as on planned actions for the next six months.
The exchange supported internal coordination and helped consolidate a shared understanding of priorities and workflows, contributing to the effective implementation of UPCYCLE’s ambition to create circular value chains that transform non-recyclable plastic waste into highly recyclable and non-persistent packaging materials.
